Occasionally we stop and think what is most important in life. I see a lot of blogs about health, happiness and well being. I can not agree more. Eat healthy, go outside even for a few minutes a day then gradually increase your time outside. Life is too short to sit in front of a computer screen. Do yoga, walk, run, smell the flowers or whatever else looks fun. Stay away from unhealthy calories, eat whole foods, drink plenty of fresh, filtered water. Stop and look up at the stars at night. Breath deeply and RELAX. Try to reduce your stress and whatever you do, decrease your processed sugar and all processed foods. LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST.
